Tips for the BEST Cupcakes:

  • Room Temperature Ingredients – eggs, milk, and butter must be at room temperature to keep your batter an even consistency.
  • Alternate Adding Flour and Milk – Don’t just dump the flour and milk all in together, it can saturate the creamed butter and cause the mixture to separate. Mix well between each addition.
  • Measure Correctly – In order to get the best results, measure your ingredients properly. Spoon the flour into your measuring cup and level off with a knife. Never scoop your measuring cup into the flour and level off. Always spoon the flour into the cup.
  • Don’t Overfill – Do not overflow your cupcake liners. If you divide evenly between 12 cupcakes, you should have exactly enough batter.

How to Decorate Cupcakes:

Allow your cupcakes to cool for about five to ten minutes. We have an amazing vanilla buttercream frosting that will really take your cupcakes to the next level.
